SRINAGAR, Sept 18: Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah today asked all the private mobile companies operating in J&K to restore connectivity in the State at the earliest.
The Chief Minister was interacting with the representatives of BSNL, Vodafone, Idea, Reliance and Aircel companies here this afternoon. He asked the representatives of these companies to furnish the power restoration requirement to the Government so that optimum power supply is provided to them.
Meanwhile, a delegation of fruit growers met the Chief Minister seeking immediate assessment of the fruit damages and sought his intervention in facilitating suitable and early transportation of fruits to the outside State mandis.
Minister for Horticulture Raman Bhalla and Minister of State for Health and Medical Education Nazir Gurezi were also present on the occasion.
