RAJOURI, July 19: Two youth including a student of Class XI, are missing from Thanamandi and Kandi area of district Rajouri for the last two days.
A police spokesman said Ishtiqa Ahmed, son of Sallah Mohammed, resident of Rajdhani village in Thana Mandi went for studying at a coaching institute in the morning and did not return in the afternoon. The parents after searching him at various places lodged a missing report with the Thanamandi police.
It is also suspected by the parents that boy might have been kidnapped by some militant outfit men, however, police discovered that boy had some relations with a girl from Mendhar area and investigation in the case was in progress.
Meanwhile, another youth, namely Abdul Rehman, son of Makhnoo, resident of Jaglanu village in Kandi area has been missing for the last two days. The family members of the boy claimed that he was running a Maniyari shop at Bakori. He left for home in the night after closing shop and did not return home. The family was suspecting for foul play and demanded that missing youth be traced at the earliest.
