Love Care, Tika Lal Foundation distribute relief among flood victims

NEW DELHI, Sept 20: Love Care Foundation (LCF) which is working at ground zero to bring relief to the people affected by floods today said that relief material has already reached Jammu and has been distributed among the affected people in flood hit areas adjoining Niki Tawi in Jammu and it is also being distributed in Akhnoor, Reasi, Rajouri etc. where thousands have been affected by flash floods.
Foundation has complimented the Indian Food Bank for support extended by it which has not only donated relief material but also are working hand in hand with the Foundation in restoring smiles on the faces of people hit by floods and land slides in the State. It also express their gratitude to Rakesh  Koul, president Sampooran Kashmiri Sangathan and his team for donating essential commodities.
It said food packets, water, medicines and tents are being distributed with the help of  Kuldeep Sidha, Assistant. Commissioner Development in and around Jammu and Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad in Kashmir in all the affected areas. With the support from corporate sector and well wishers, the Love Care Foundation is also working on  rehabilitation & environmental hygiene of the affected people in the State, said . Sanjoo Dadroo, its National Director.
Tika Lal Foundation has also sent relief including food grains, medicines and other essential items for the flood hit people putting up at Zeshta Devi Shrine Srinagar. The relief material was sent to the shrine the Trust under the supervision of its chairman Ashtosh Tapilo.
