UDHAMPUR, Sept 23: Female Multi-Purpose Health Workers (FMPHWs) under the banner of Medical Employees Federation are going on a strike in protest against no release of their salary for the last ten months.
Decision in this regard was taken during their meeting, under the leadership of FMPHW president, Meema Devi.
The meet observed that the grass root level workers of Family Welfare under the 2211 Head were not getting salary for the last ten months despite performing their duties. This financial crunch has not only disturbed our routine life but also create lot of problems in our daily life, the FMPHW said and announced to observe a strike on Thursday in the premises of CMO office Udhampur.
