UDHAMPUR Sept 26: In a tragic incident, a PHE employee drowned in natural water spring (Bowli) at Kothi Badhola in Rehambal area of Udhampur.
The deceased was identified as 45 years old Krishan Chand, son of Bagan of Kothi, Badolha Udhampur.
He accidentally slipped into the water source while walking on its side and drowned as he did not know swimming. The family members fished out the body and took it to
District Hospital Udhampur where Doctors declared him as brought dead.
Police, however, has registered a case in this connection.
