JAMMU, Sept 27: Expressing his grave concern on the post traumatic stress disorder developed among the victims of floods and landslides in J&K, Raj Kumar Dogra, internationally known Meditation & Spiritual Music Therapy Guru, launched a new movement titled “Tanaav Mukt Abhiyan”(Stress Free Movement) for the people of the State affected by the worst ever Natural calamity.
Raj Dogra has decided to touch all the affected areas of State where people are suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The movement is launched in collaboration with J&K Public Grievances Forum (JKPGF).
Dogra said that this Abhiyan will help in the creation of positive energy by relieving pain, stress, strain and depression among the victims. He said that, though the Government and civil society is trying at its best to help the affected people but this is the time when people are passing through the Emotional and Psychological problems as well. Therefore, he has decided to launch this Abhiyan because it is only the meditation and spiritual counseling which can help the people to cope from these problems.
Dogra said that it has now been proved during the recent workshops, camps, live presentations in different places and at different times performed by him that the meditation & spiritual music therapy is a complete free natural medicine with not even point one percent of side effect but is hundred per cent of benefit.
Mr. Dogra who is also the Chairperson of Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust said that the trust in collaboration with J&K Public Grievances Forum has already sent the relief material in the form of food packets, Water Bottles, Medicines and Blankets to many of the affected areas of J&K.
On this occasion Mr. Varun Sharma Project Coordinator of JKPGF said that they will extend full support to Swarangan Meditation for this noble cause. The members present during the occasion were Payal Dogra, Puneet Sharma, Meenakshi, Rajan Magotra, Reena Balgotra and Swaransh Dogra.
