JAMMU, Sept 28: Minister for R&B, Abdul Majid Wani today inspected the ongoing restoration works of infrastructure damage due to floods in Jammu.
The Minister inspected restoration work of fourth Tawi bridge and was informed that the temporary repairs have been carried out and vehicular traffic has been restored on the bridge.
Wani has directed the engineers and officers to gear up the men and machinery in restoring the damages caused due to flash floods in river Tawi. He asked the concerned officers to take up other protection works to ensure that such losses can be checked.
