SAMBA, July 21: A young factory worker was killed when he was engaged at work at a unit in SIDCO complex, Bari Brahmana in district Samba today.
A police spokesman said that 25-year-old Surinder Pal, son of Jagdish Raj, resident of Rajbagh, fell down from a height when he was busy in welding work of shed at Star Light Industrial unit at Phase-II SIDCO Complex, Bari Brahmana. He was rushed to hospital with head injuries where doctors declared him as brought dead. The police registered a case and started investigation.
