JAMMU, Oct 15: The inhabitants of Church Lane Muthi have expressed grave concern over the dilapidated condition of lanes and drains in the area resulting into multiple problems to them.
Triloki Nath Bhat a representative of the area in a statement here, today said that despite the repeated pleas to authorities they have failed to construct the lanes and drains in the area.
He said the failure to restore the lanes has led to the water logging and insanitation in the area which can also lead to spread of epidemic.
In an appeal to JMC authorities Mr Bhat demanded that immediate starting of work in the area. He also demanded installation of lights in all the lanes in the locality so that the people don’t face any problem in walking in the area during late hours.
