JAMMU, Oct 15: All J&K Patwar Association (AJKPA) has submitted a memorandum to the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu demanding issuance of final order of DPC of Patwaries. They have served two days ultimatum to authorities failing which the Association will launch pen down strike.
The AJKPA has decided to go on two days pen down strike on October 17, 18 2014. It also decided that next course of action will be announced on October, 18, 2014, afternoon in case the genuine demands/final order is not issued.
It was decided that all the Patwaries and Girdawars of district, Jammu and Samba will protest in front of Divisional Commissioner, Office, Jammu and those of the rest of the districts will protest in their respective district headquarters.
