It is a matter of concern that even when the people have not come out from the effects of floods and Central government and other agencies are busy in relief and rehabilitation process, the misguided terrorists have renewed their attacks in the valley. Recently in Baramulla Kashmir a power IED blast on a convoy of the army resulted in the injuries to three jawans. It is possible that they were on a mission directly meant to benefit the flood victims or if even not that how can anyone attack them and cause harm to them who save us in war and in natural calamities? This is the second such incident in the area since the last fortnight. What if they retaliate and in the process people , innocent ones get harmed? Who is responsible ?
