JAMMU, Oct 31: National Panthers Party State president and MLA Udhampur Balwant Singh Mankotia, who is contesting election from Udhampur Assembly constituency addressed the people of Billen Bowli area of Udhampur town.
While addressing the people Balwant Singh Mankotia has expressed that, he is serving the people of Udhampur Assembly segments from last twelve years with the blessings of public mandate. He highlighted his achievements during two tenure as MLA Udhampur and assured the people that if he voted for victory a new era of historic development shall begin. He appealed people to vote in favour of NPP candidates of J&K Assembly.
