POONCH, Oct 31: Deputy Chairman of J&K Legislative Council and senior National Conference leader, Javed Rana today said that Mendhar would witness better development if his party is voted to power.
Addressing several election meetings in Mendhar constituency today, Mr Rana assured the people that if his party is voted to power again, a new phase of development will be witnessed in this constituency. He claimed that National Conference is committed to the over all development of all the three regions of the State and in the forth coming elections, the party would again emerge as stronger. The party would continue to struggle for the legitimate rights and upliftment of common masses and weaker sections of society, he added.
Mr Rana termed the BJP and PDP as dream sellers and the hollow slogan mongers. He said these leaders would appear only during elections and then disappear after the polls are over.
Seeking vote for the National Conference, Mr Rana asked the people to make best use of their votes in the forthcoming Assembly elections to elect honest, dedicated and people- friendly representatives.
