BLSKS stages musical play ‘Hum Sab Ek Hai’

JAMMU, Nov 1: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in collaboration with Ek Sath Rang Mandal staged 22nd musical play “Hum Sab Ek Hai”.
The programme was inaugurated by the chief guest Dr Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director, Health Department in presence of guest of honour VK Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, Romesh Chander, Director of musical play and Vijay Malla, Director and Producer IPTA.
The play was written and directed by ML Dogra, Chairman, BLSKS and the music was composed by Music Teacher Raju Bajgal.
The renowned artists from the field of music, folk, classical, vocal, dance and theatre staged colourful cultural programmes depicting the concepts of unity in diversity.
The programme commenced with songs, followed by skits, which were highly appreciated by the audience.
The artists, who performed during the musical play were Usha Handoo, KK Joshi, MC Kotwal, Raju Bajgal, Hem Raj, Harjinder Kour, Kajal Mattoo, Divya, Sant Dass, Bhoomika Chib, Neelam Chib, Deevam Jandiyal, Rakshit Sharma, Druv Pandit, Anuroop Pathania, Rakesh Katoch, Kuldeep Raj, Gyansham Yadav, Rahul Wanchoo, Mohammad Afroz, Vandana Gupta, Anantika Sharma, Rajveer Sharma, Abhyudaya Sharma and Satinder Kumar.
Among others present were RP Amla, Ashok Mattoo, Daleep Singh and Shivani Disgotra.
In the end, MC Kotwal presented the vote of thanks.
