JAMMU, Nov 3: A man today made an abortive attempt on his life by consuming some poisonous substance at his temporary residence at Bahu Fort area of City outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, the man has been identified as Pawan Kumar son of Chanchal Dass, a resident of Chilla (Surinsar), at present Bahu Fort. In unconscious condition, the family members rushed him to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where his condition is stated to be stable, he added.
The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter and started investigations.
