JAMMU, Nov 4: BJP candidate from Jammu West Assembly Segment, Sat Sharma (CA) today visited Ward Number 35 of the area and listened to the grievances of the public and the problems which they are facing in their respective areas. He was also accompanied by local residents and leaders of the party.
In a press statement later, Sat Sharma said that the people living in this area are still facing lot of problems. He said that the public is fed up of the false promises made by Congress-NC Coalition Government in the last six years and also stated that the list of these promises will keep on increasing and will never get fulfilled.
The BJP leader also stated that the basic requirements of the public are not being met in the area and most importantly the sanitation of Ward Number 35 is deteriorating day by day. He said that the area is supplied impure drinking water which can lead to spread of epidemic.
Sharma appealed the masses to vote for development in the upcoming Assembly polls and only the leadership of a statesman like Narendra Modi and his Mantra of development can take out the State from the crisis which it is presently in.
Lamabasting the policies of State Government, he said that in the past six years, Congress-NC has done nothing but exploited the public and has encouraged corruption. He said that it’s not just the corruption but issues like unemployment and other major problems which are cause of concern for masses.
Kuldeep Magotra, Praduman Singh, Vijay Sharma, Purshottam Dogra, Paras Ram and others also accompanied the BJP leader during his tour.
