PRP to fight out dynastic rule, corruption: Mir

SRINAGAR, Nov 5: Vowing that his party will work for ending dynastic rule, corruption and nepotism which has been the main cause of 25 year long turmoil in the State, JK People’s Republican Party (PRP) spokesman and candidate for Ganderbal Assembly segment Mir Ghulam Rasool appealed the people to strengthen the party for brining political transformation in the State.
Addressing a road show and public rally while filing his nomination papers at for Ganderbal Assembly seat at the Office of Returning Officer at Dadarhama today, he said State has suffered a lot due to the wrong policies of successive Government who were only interested in promoting their dynasties and looting the public exchequer without caring for the interests of common man.
Mir said PRP is committed to strengthen democratic institutions to put the State back on rails by giving justice to deserving and deprived sections of society, work for eradication of unemployment and corruption besides solving the problems of working class, orchardists and farmers.
He assured that if voted he will seek justice for all the areas of his Constituency including Sherpathri, Lar, Ganderbal and leave no stone unturned to absorb the youth of Kurhama and surrounding villages in Central University as was promised by then State Government.
Mir said his party will order probe that where the thousands of crores of rupees have gone received by successive Governments for welfare and development of the State over the years.
The rally was also addressed by PRP State president, Advocate G M Tramboo, its general secretary, G M Sofi, Ghulam Mohammed Hamdard and Sardar Harjeet Singh working committee members of PRP. They appealed people to vote for PRP and give it a chance to serve the people of the State.
The road show was taken out from native village of Mir Butwani to Ganderbal via Sherpathri and other areas of Constituency.
