JAMMU, Nov 6: Police today arrested a bootlegger along with large quantity of country made liquor pouches.
As per police sources, police team from Satwari police station arrested a bootlegger namely Rinku Kumar, son of Garu Ram of Hakkal, Chatha along with 130 pouches of country made liquor.
A case under FIR No 169/14 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Satwari police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Satwari Inspector Kulbir Singh Choudhary and Incharge police post Chatha SI Vijay Thakur made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Gandhi Nagar Harjeet Singh, SP South Rahul Malik and SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.
