Jammu, Nov 6: Exhorting people to give a decisive mandate to BJP to form a nationalist Government in Jammu and Kashmir, general secretary of BJP and Party candidate for Raipur-Domana Assembly Segment, Bali Bhagat today cautioned the people against nefarious designs of Congress and National Conference (NC).
Addressing series of public meetings in Raipur-Domana Assembly Segment, Bali Bhagat said that ongoing Assembly elections was not a routine event but these elections have thrown an historic opportunity before the masses to teach a lesson to those who are responsible for their miseries. “The coming elections is an opportunity before people of Jammu region to form their own Government in Jammu and Kashmir”, he said and predicted, “Jammu and Ladakh regions would be in the leading role to head the Government after the elections”
Mr Bhagat said that first time after 1947 there was an opportunity before the people of Jammu region to form their own Government in the State. “Avail this golden opportunity for the better future of your younger generation”, he exhorted the people and added that only BJP has capability to change fate of the people of Jammu region.
“Except enjoying powers by bartering interests of the people of Jammu region, Congress leadership has done nothing for the betterment of Jammu”, he said and reminded that people that Congress has been enjoying power in Jammu region for the last 12 years but Ministers of this party have miserable failed to protect interests of Jammu.
