JAMMU, Nov 10: Presiding Officer Fast Track Court, Y P Kotwal today rejected the bail application of one Shamsher Lal, who was allegedly involved in rape case registered on October 18, 2013.
After hearing both the sides, Presiding Officer Fast Track Court observed, “rape is not only a crime against the person of women and female but is a crime against the society and it is humiliating event in a women’s life and is blatant violation of her bodily integrity”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
