SRINAGAR, Nov 12: Over 40,000 Government teachers across the State would observe complete strike tomorrow against the Government for not releasing their salaries for last six-months.
Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Forum said that there would be lock-out in Government run schools on November 13 to put pressure on the Government to release their salaries.
These teachers are working under SSA and RAMSA schemes funded by Central as well as State jointly.
They said they would also hold peaceful protests in Srinagar tomorrow in which their top leaders will participate. “This decision was taken after Government failed to release our salaries,” they said.
