JAMMU, Nov 17: It’s a matter of pride for the J&K State and Residential School for the Blind in particular that Rahul Kumar, blind inmate of the school has been honoured with two gold medals for being topper in MA Music and BA Music by President of India and Governor of J&K respectively.
Kulraj Singh, DSWO-Jammu and Mohit Bharti, Superintendent RSFB appreciated the achievement of Rahul Kumar who has been a role model for other blinds in the State. The staff of RSFB along with blind inmates presented various melodious songs and poetry on the occasion.
