JAMMU, Nov 19: In the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Welfare Association of Share Holders of Sheen Finance and Investment (India), Sheen Agro Plantation Ltd and Sheen Road Links Limited, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan today directed the court liquidator to file report.
“In pursuance of the directions issued in order dated November 11, 2014, counsel for respondents has stated that Directors represented by their counsels have appeared for the Chartered Accountant as well as the court liquidator”, the DB observed, adding “statement has not been disputed by Court liquidator”.
Upon this, Division Bench directed court liquidator to file a report and also directed Directors to cooperate with the CA and Court liquidator.
