JAMMU, Nov 20: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) State general secretary and candidate from Nagrota Assembly constituency, Rakesh Wazir, today said that the present NC-Congress Coalition Government has broken all records of corruption and lawlessness in the State.
While addressing a series of public meetings at Thathi, Ranjan, Bambyal and many other areas in Nagrota constituency, he said in the present set the condition of State and constituency in particular is such that corruption in all departments had reached all time high and it had rather become impossible for a normal man to get the work done without bribing.
However, the Government acted as mute spectator and rather helped those people who were responsible for that and under such hopeless affairs if one more chance is given to the representatives of NC-Congress who are running the Government and BJP which is representing this constituency it will rather be an encouragement to them.
Pointing to the pattern of Himachal Pradesh where the condition of everything like power, water, good road network, etc due to the fear of the people to the Government are far better, as public changes the Government mostly after every five years, Wazir said, adding change in the State as well as in the constituency for its betterment is need of the hour.
Wazir further said that if he gets the public mandate, every effort would be made to decrease the level of corruption in the constituency.
