JAMMU, Nov 28: Senior National Conference leader and party candidate for Marh Assembly Constituency Ajay Sadhotra continued the election campaign and addressed a series of meetings at Bachyal, Shamachak, Sohanjana, Chak Jagar, Tikri Khanni, Sangrampur, Patyali Chak and Durgo Chak in Marh Assembly Constituency.
While addressing the gatherings, Mr Sadhotra stated that BJP betrayed the people of Jammu and exploited the people in the name of religion in the year 2008 but it did nothing for the cause of Jammu and failed miserably to deliver on ground. The people have now realized the evil designs of such forces and would give a befitting reply to their mission with the power of ballot in the elections.
He cautioned the people against such type of exploitation which is dangerous for the secular character of Jammu and Kashmir State. He made an appeal to the people to cast their valuable vote in his favour empowering him to serve them in future also.
Those who spoke on the occasion included Bishan Dass Sarpanch, Raghubir Singh Subash Sharma Sarpanch, Kasturi Lal Sharma Block Secretary, Gajay Singh, Bachan Singh, Ranjit Singh, Mohan Singh and others. They requested the people to come forward and strengthen the hands of Mr Sadhotra for the further development of Marh Assembly constituency.
