Development Cong’s poll plank: Charak

BISHNAH, Nov 29: Expressing his resolve to develop Bishnah as model constituency of the State, former R&B Minister and senior Congress leader Gulchain Singh Charak appealed the people to provide him a chance to serve them in better way.
Addressing election meetings at Sarore and Kool in the Bishnah constituency today, former Minister urged the people to exercise their decisive mandate in favour of the Congress Party which is the only party to reach out to all sections of people without any discrimination on the basis of caste, creed or religion. He recalled his past efforts about his concern and dedication for the welfare and prosperity of the people from Bishnah constituency.
Prominent villagers, Sarpanchs, Panchs and a large number of people participated in the meetings organized by the party. The speakers appealed the people to cast their votes in favour of Mr Charak, the Congress candidate from Bishnah. The honesty, dedication and sincere efforts of Mr Charak were highlighted during these meetings and the works undertaken by him for the development of the Bishnah constituency by the speakers.
At the same time, the local issues which stand un-attended since a long time, were also discussed with the people, such as better irrigation facilities, un-interrupted power supply, transport facilities to the villagers in remote areas, better medical and education facilities, eradication of unemployment, preparation of fresh lists of beneficiaries under the old age/widow pension and MNERGA schemes etc.
Prominent members of the party, who participated in the meetings included Capt Harshvardhan Sharma, Waryam Chand, Madan Bhagat, Dr O P Saini, Raghubir Singh- Sarpanch, Parkash Singh, Chaman Lal, Sansar Chand, Rajinder Singh and others.
