JAMMU: As many as ten candidates of Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party today filed their nomination papers from Jammu, Kathua and Rajouri districts for the last phase of Jammu and Kashmir Elections to be held on December 20.
Ten candidates of the JKNPP today filed their nominations on the last day of filing papers.
Eight candidate filed their nominations in Jammu District from Gandhi Nagar (Anita Thakur), Jammu East (Rajesh Gondhi), Jammu West (Neeraj Gupta), Bishnah (Ghansham Shashtri), Suchetgarh (Ashok Randawa), Akhnoor (Pushvinder Singh Manhas), Marh (Shanker Singh), Raipur-Domana (Nirmal Kishore) whereas in Kalakote, Akmal Khan and Hiranagar, Jagdish Raj filed their papers.
The JKNPP has fielded two women candidates in the contest including Ms Anita Thakur from Gandhi Nagar and Kesar Parveen from R S Pura.
Panthers Party is contesting in all the seven reserved seats. (AGENCIES)
