KATRA, Dec 4: A successful blood donation camp was organized by HDFC Bank Ltd in association with Community Health Center Katra in its branch premises, Katra.
This Blood Donation event is organized by the bank across the country every year as a part of its social responsibility for the betterment of the society.
Dr M K Kumar, Addl CEO Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board was chief guest who inaugrated the function along with Neeraj Gupta, CAO Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board , Pankaj Gupta , Dy CEO Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Sham Lal Kesar, president of Hotels and Restaurants Association of Katra, Harish Dubey, Retd ZEO, Kuldeep Sharma, GM Country Inn and Suites by Carlson, Katra.
The certificate of honour was also given to the donors during the function. The youths were called upon to donate the blood regularly to remove the myths prevailing in the society regarding the blood donation.
Vickul Mahajan, Branch Manager and Satvinder Singh, Operatings Manager , HDFC Bank, Katra thanked every donor who came forward to make this noble cause a successful event.
