JAMMU, Dec 6: Minister for Housing, Culture and Horticulture and Congress candidate Raman Bhalla today sought a decisive mandate from the people of the Gandhi Nagar constituency for his Congress party in the forthcoming Assembly elections.
“I are seeking a decisive mandate from the people of Gandhi Nagar constituency for the Congress party in the assembly elections after checking my credentials of the past 12 years”, Bhalla said while addressing series of election meetings in Ashok Nagar, Uttam Nagar, Rani Talab, Digiana Ashram, Bandu Rakh, Narwal Bala and Trikuta Nagar areas of the Gandhi Nagar constituency.

Urging the people to elect a Government which is ‘capable’,  ‘determined’  and ‘time-tested’  to undertake the reconstruction and rehabilitation exercise as also live up to the expectations of the people, Bhalla said that people of the state can rewrite their destiny by giving a decisive mandate in favour of the Congress Party.
