4 injured in road mishaps

JAMMU, Dec 6: Four persons were injured in separate road mishaps in different parts of Jammu region.
According to a police spokesperson, a pedestrian namely Mohd Mehran son of Bashir Ahmed, a resident of Rajouri, received serious injuries when a speeding auto hit him while crossing a road at Bhatindi area of city outskirts.
A 30 years old person namely Arun Kumar (30) son of Suram Singh, a resident of Barian in Vijaypur, also received serious injuries when the bike he was riding on  was hit by a horse at Vijaypur in Samba district.
One Swarn Lal (28) son of Chaman Lal, a resident of Chakroi (RS Pura) and Ashish Sharma (16) son of Goutam Sharma of Udhampur also received injuries when their respective bikes got slipped in Dangriya (RS Pura) and Udhampur area.
All the injured persons have been shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu, where their condition is stated to be stable. In all the cases, the concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
