UDHAMPUR, Dec 8: In a tragic incident, two persons were crushed to death when a stranded tipper accidentally moved back in reverse at Pancheri, here today.
The deceased were identified as Ghar Singh (40) and Baldev Singh (36), both the resident of Kultiyar Panchari. They were run over by the tipper, bearing number JK14-7483, which was stranded on the road and suddenly moved back apparently due to slip of gear. The critically injured victims were shifted to Panchari PHC where doctors declared them as brought dead.
Police has registered a case in the regard and started further investigation.
