JAMMU, Dec 9: Lt. Gen. K.J. Singh, Army Commander, Western Command, called on Governor NN Vohra here at the Raj Bhavan today.
Lt. Gen. Singh briefed the Governor about the obtaining external security scenario and regarding recent incident of infiltration across the International Border in Arnia Sector.
The Governor discussed with General Singh several issues about effective internal security management.
