JAMMU, Dec 9: Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jammu, S C Katal today forwarded the complaint of former Minister and Congress leader, Yogesh Sawhney to the Inspector General of Crime Branch for investigation.
In the complaint, Sawhney has alleged that some unknown persons are circulating his doctored photographs on the social networking sites with the caption “Congress and BJP secret meeting” in order to malign his image.
He said that photograph was clicked by some unknown persons when the complainant along with other leaders of different parties including the contesting candidate of BJP from Jammu East Rajesh Gupta were attending annual Bhandara of Baba Bhairav Nath in the recent past.
In the complaint, Sawhney has also mentioned the mobile numbers of admin of Whatsapp groups “Jammu East” and “Esteemed Members of Chamber”.
