RAJOURI, Dec 18: A woman died after she allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at Bathuni village in district Rajouri last night.
A police spokesman said that 50-year-old Jaswinder Kour, wife of ex-serviceman, Gurbachan Singh, resident of Bathuni village consumed some poisonous stuff and was removed to Army Hospital at Rajouri in serious condition where she died after some time. Today, the police came to know about the matter and they shifted the body to civil hospital for postmortem and later handed over to the family for last rites. A case has been registered in this connection.
