JAMMU, Dec 18: Coming heavily on NC-Congress Coalition Government in the State, All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) today said the State Government has time and again cheated Other Backward Classes (OBCs) of State on pretext or other and deprived them of their due share.
Addressing a meeting of the Union, general secretary, Prof Kali Dass said the Congress and NC rulers in the State do not give any sense to the Constitution and Apex Court’s decisions. There is a muscle force ruling and both NC and Congress are hand in glove with each other, he added.
Pay Anomalies of Government employees, remained an irking matter, no enhancement of Medical Allowance of the employees and Pensioners as compared to Rs 5000 for MLAs and Ministers. Un-disbursement of two DA installment @ 10% and 7 % for Government employees and Pensioner in particular since January 2014(a routine matter); most genuine case of VRS for whom a separate grant was kept and was not paid them. He said the case of short listing of Jail Wardens remained un-displayed for many years; adding all issues are still hanging in air.
Keeping in view of treacherous policies of the ruling classes; State OBCs have appealed to go against NC, Congress and PDP in the last and fifth Phase of polling to uproot them for a public friendly Government.
