UDHAMPUR, Jan 2: During the re-launched operation by the District Administration to retrieve dead bodies of the missing persons in landslide hit Saddal village of Pancheri block, one more corpse was recovered today.
Identity of the deceased was established as 4- year old boy Naman Kumar son of Kalash Kumar.
With the recovery of this one, total 31 dead bodies have so far been recovered from the Saddal hamlet while nine persons are still missing under the debris of massive landslide, which hit the village on September 7.
Meanwhile, Police recovered a female dead body from forest area near Samroli National Highway.
The deceased was identified as Lalita Devi (35) wife of Dharm Pal of Domana Jammu. Police took the dead body to Sub District Hospital Chenani for postmortem and also registered a case under 174 RPC for further investigation in the case.
