JAMMU, Jan 4: To felicitate their newly elected MLA from Jammu West, a public gathering was organized by residents of Rehari Colony area.
The function besides the MLA of the Constituency Sat Sharma (CA) was also graced by BJP State president and MP Jugal Kishore Sharma.
A large number of people from the area attended the program.
Addressing the gathering Jugal Kishore Sharma said that the public of Jammu region united on a single platform this time and voted for BJP so that real development could exist in the areas. He said that many Centrally sponsored schemes are awaiting to come in Jammu and Kashmir and after the formation of new Government in the State such schemes will be implemented which will benefit the common man of all three regions of the State.
Sat Sharma thanked the public for showing their trust on him and he promised that no one will be disappointed till he is represents the Jammu West Constituency and all developmental works will be taken on priority so that whole Constituency could see the face of real development. Sharma also focused upon the basic problems faced by the residents which included shortage of water supply and electricity supply in many areas of the Constituency and said that such problems of the people will be solved by creating new infrastructure for the public in the coming days. The BJP MLA also stressed on solving some major problems of the area as well which included repairing of roads, streets, lanes and drains.
Senior BJP leader Chander Mohan Sharma, Subash Jandiyal, Praduman Singh, Kuldip Magotra, Arun Chibber, Sanjay Khanna, Veenu Khanna, Sanjay Sawhney Pinka, Munish Raja, Sanjeev Sharma, Vijay Sharma, Bal Khajuria and others also spoke on the occasion.
