Pawan Gupta assures people of better development

UDHAMPUR, Jan 8: Newly elected MLA of Udhampur Assembly Constituency, Pawan Kumar Gupta addressed a public meeting at Kuppad Village in Neeli Naala, here today. On this occasion, the villagers, while projecting their demands talked about the stalled road development and said the last major work that took place in their area was at the time of Late MLA , Shiv Charan Gupta, adding since then hardly minor developmental works took place, only at the behest of the present MLA.
They said Gupta’s election has brought hope to their lives and hoped that good days were about to begin.
The MLA assured the people of betterment in their living conditions as the development of roads, besides supply of electricity and water are at top of his agenda.
Mr Gupta added that he will work day in and day out to ensure that proper public
utilities are laid down and provided.
He said the hospital is in urgent need for upgradation with several basic amenities not present as Udhampur gets outdated medical equipment, citing the example of CT Scan Machine. He was accompanied by Raj Kumar Bucha, Advocate Sumer Khajuria and Rohit Sethi on this occasion.
