Sat Sharma assures total development of Jammu West

JAMMU, Jan 9: In order to listen to the grievances of the people of Ward Number 26, a public meeting was organized in Subash Nagar area. BJP MLA from Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) who also attended the meeting later toured the area to ascertain the people’s problems. Sharma pledged to start new developmental works in the area and other parts of the Constituency which mainly included solving the problem of water scarcity, electricity and basic necessities in the different Wards of the Constituency. Many local residents of the area met the MLA and apprised him of their problems. Later in a statement to press, Sat Sharma (CA) said that the area needs a proper modification and many new developmental works are waiting to be started in the area. He said that the residents are concerned about the stoppage of water pipeline near quarters in Ward Number 26 and people are facing the problem of irregular supply of water in their homes. He stated that the concerned department should look into the matter and should immediately open the pipeline which has been blocked hampering supply of water in the area. He also stated that people have entrusted a responsibility to BJP in the recent Assembly polls and now it is our duty to perform it to our best and serve each and every resident of the Constituency without any partiality. The BJP MLA also said many other problems in the area need immediate attention which included street lights and maintenance of lanes and drains. Sharma also said that garbage disposal vans should also visit the area daily so that a clean atmosphere could be built in the surroundings of the Constituency.
