JAMMU, Jan 16: High Court today ordered transfers and postings of two District and Sessions Judges with immediate effect.
The order was issued on the directions of Acting Chief Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir and in pursuance to the Full Court decision.
According to the order issued by Mohammad Yousuf Akhoon, Principal Secretary to Acting Chief Justice, Suresh Kumar Sharma, Registrar General, High Court has been transferred and posted as Special Judge, Anti-Corruption for CBI Cases Jammu vice Kaneez Fatima.
The services of Kaneez Fatima, Special Judge Anti-corruption for CBI Cases Jammu have been placed at the disposal of Acting Chief Justice for being posted as Registrar General of High Court.
