KATHUA, Jan 20: District Development Commissioner Kathua Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary inaugurated three Urban Primary Health Centres here today.
These Centres have been opened at Krishna Colony, Nag Nagar and Govindsar area under the National Urban Health Mission.
District Development Commissioner after inaugurating PHCs said that the people of the vicinity will get better healthcare facilities with the opening of these new PHCs. He said that required staff and infrastructure has been put in place to provide facilities like vaccination & immunization, Neonatal Care and medicines.
Assistant Commissioner Revenue Kathua, CMO Kathua, besides senior officers of district administration and large number of locals were also present on the occasion.
