Form a popular Govt

Sir,
With renewal hope, aspiration and enthusiasm for “good days” our country is going to celebrate 66th Republic Day on 26th January 2015. The Constitution of India provides us democratic rights to choose representatives of our choice to the Parliament as well as to the State Assemblies. After the completion of the election results the public earnestly desires from MPs and MLA to form Government and undertake speedy measures for all-round development and redressal of day to day problems.
Unfortunately what generally happens, the voices of the common masses are not heard, the people feel utterly neglected and betrayed. Although the recently held elections  in all the three regions of J&K State have been widely representative and peaceful; but the picture of Govt formation is not yet clear. An unnecessary vacuum has been created thereby dishonouring the public verdict. Is this not strange that the largest and 2nd largest parties i.e PDP and BJP after getting the public mandate have not been able to form a Govt till date. As a result, the Governor rule has been imposed in the State. Though the Governor rule is in the hands of most experienced, efficient and dedicated administrator but it cannot be a substitute for a popular Govt run by the elected members of the particular parties.
I appeal the political leaders of both the parties to leave aside their regional biases, evolve a common consensus and form Govt for full six years term. People in general are of the view that this alliance is the most viable and effective one which can deliver and provide honest, caring and service oriented popular Govt in the State
I would like to submit further that the State  has remained under-developed and mal-governed for a long time. The flood victims, the Pak firing victims, the PoK refugees, the unemployed youth, the health and sanitary problems and many such other miscellaneous problems are anxiously waiting for immediate attention and redressal.
I hope the sun will  shine  with all its glamour, the fog will vanish, a popular Govt will be formed soon. The people of all the three regions of the State shall heave a sigh of relief.
Yours etc….
