JAMMU, Jan 24: A two-day workshop on “System Design with ARM Controllers” and “Design of Wireless High Voltage Ignition System” conducted by MBSCET in Applied Electronics, concluded today.
The workshop was conducted in collaboration with Instrumentation Engineering Department in association with CART Bharat.
Eighty graduate engineering students and the faculty members participated in the programme.
Dr Praveen Lehana from Physics and Electronics Department, University of Jammu, gave an expert lecture on advanced technology being used in real time applications using microcontrollers and hands on practice over it along with Jang Bahadur, Technical Expert.
During the workshop, students had an experience of handling very high voltage (~ 50,000 Volt) without harming themselves under the supervision of the experts.
The reports on the workshop were presented by Surinder Kour Bali, Head AE&IE Department and Ravinder Kumar, Workshop Coordinator, followed by distribution of certificates by principal, MBSCET, Prof SK Badyal.
