JAMMU, Feb 2: An absconder, who was evading his arrest for last two years, was arrested today by Chinore police from Patta Bohri.
According to police sources, the absconder identified as Raj Kumar, son of Dharam Chand of Patta Bohri (Jammu) was evading arrest for last two years after a warrant was issued by CJM Jammu under Section 512 CrPC.
The absconder was accused in a case FIR No 76/2006 under Section 279/304A RPC of police station Domana.
On specific inputs, a police team from police post Chinore conducted a raid and arrested the absconder from Patta Bohri.
The arrest was made by a police team led by Deepak Katoch, in-charge, police post Chinore under the supervision of SHO Domana, Inspector Mohd Qasim, SDPO Domana, Sanjay Parihar and SSP Jammu, Uttam Chand.
