JAMMU, Feb 3: All J&K Plus two Lecturers Forum has appealed Governor N N Vohra for rationalized transfer policy in the School Education Department to ensure better future and development of the Department.
In  it monthly meeting, the Forum president N S Jamwal said that such atmosphere is possible only when School Education Department has neat and clean transfer policy as schools have  already suffered a lot due to the pick and choose and mid session transfer system.
