JAMMU:
As many as 270 officers, including IAS and IPS, in Jammu and Kashmir have failed to submit their Annual Property Return (APR) for the year 2014, forcing Governor N N Vohra to set February 12 as the new deadline.
According to General Administration Department (GAD), as many as 270 State Government officials belonging to IAS, IPS, IFS and KAS cadres had not filed the requisite returns for the year 2014, a senior Raj Bhawan official said.
The last date of filing of APR was January 31, 2015, he said.
Governor N N Vohra reviewed the report received from Secretary GAD regarding the filing of APR for the year 2014.
Secretary GAD has asked these officers to submit their APR by February 12 as per the direction of the Governor.
