BARAMULLA, Feb 7: In order to provide speedy justice to the people, the District Legal Services Authority today organized a Lok Adalat in District Court Complex, here today.
The Lok Adalat was held in two sessions. The first Bench was presided over by the First Additional and Sessions Judge, Parvaiz Hussain Kachroo while second session was chaired by Sub Judge Baramulla Raja Tasleem.
As many as 90 cases were taken up for hearing, out of which 37 were amicably settled on the spot during the Adalat.
