JAMMU, Feb 9: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu, R S Jain today framed charges against Deepak Kumar against whom police has filed supplementary charge-sheet in the much publicized Bakra murder case.
According to the police case, on account of rivalry with gang headed by deceased Sanjay Kumar alias Bakra, Rajesh Dogra, Vishal Singh, Naresh Thakur and Deepak Kumar hatched a criminal conspiracy to eliminate Sanjay Kumar.
In furtherance of conspiracy, on November 25, 2006, accused Rajesh Dogra and Vishal Singh shot dead with the firearm the deceased in the clinic of Dr Rattan Kudyar at Trikuta Nagar.
Naresh Thakur had supplied 12 bore double barrel gun to the accused Rajesh Dogra used by the him in the murder of Sanjay Kumar.
