Bootlegger in police net

JAMMU, Feb 10: Kanachack police arrested a bootlegger along with 37 pouches of illicit liquor.
As per police sources, police team from Kanachack police station intercepted a pedestrian on suspicious grounds.
During checking, police recovered 37 pouches and arrested the accused, who has been identified as Ram Pal, son of Baldev Raj, a resident of Lalyal, Marh.
A case under FIR Number 27/15 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Kanachack police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Kanachack police station Sandeep Chaudhary made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Domana Sanjay Parihar and SP Rural Rajive Pandey.
