JAMMU, Feb 11: Sudha Anjum’s two books entitled Nazam Geet Gazal -a book of poetry and Am I Right? —a satire were released at Lok Kala Manch, New Delhi.
The function was organized by Society for Action through Music Samman Arts, Tarana Art and Music and Lok Kala Manch Delhi.
On the occasion, famous Ghazal singers Ahmad Hussain, Mohammed Hussain, Amarjeet Singh, (retired Deputy Director) AIR, famous music director, Pandit Mohinder Sareen, Padam Shree Vidushi Sumitra Goha and Pt Vijay Shanker Misra, renowned artists of AIR were present.
Speaking on the occasion, Padam Vibushan Debu Choudhary admired her great work.
Sudha Anjum also sang a song “Khamoshiyan Gungunane Lagin,” which enthralled the audience.
All congratulated Sudha for her commendable work in the field of music. Sudha Anjum, has written more than 25 books of poetry, novel etc, Hindu, Urdu, Punjabi and English.
